Families can explore the Saalburg on their own or take part in a public tour. In the various exhibition areas you will find numerous archaeological finds from all aspects of life and can find out what life was like for the Roman soldiers on the Limes. Informative accompanying texts explain the content presented and reconstructed rooms such as a crew room and a cavalry officer's dining room make it possible to directly experience the living conditions of the time.
