Personal data is not collected when you access and view the website.
We process personal data that is transmitted to us as part of event bookings, orders, inquiries and participation campaigns or to process your club membership, support donations or send information by the support association exclusively in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Hessian Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information Act (HDSIG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and from May 25, 2018 in accordance with the European requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

According to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of data concerning you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. However, we cannot always comply with this, e.g. B. if a legal regulation obliges us to process data within the meaning of Section 35 HDSIG as part of our official duties.
Right to complain

Protection of minors
