Learn the most important basics about bone as a material and the many different uses it has had since ancient times. The spectrum ranges from everyday objects such as simple hairpins to elaborately decorated sword handle sets. In the basic course, which is also suitable for beginners, master wood turner Astrid Dingeldey teaches the basics of working with bone and antler using modern tools.
Each participant creates different pieces based on Roman models.
