Public tours of the Saalburg
The soldiers of the 4th Vindeliker Cohort report on the everyday life of the men who were stationed at the Saalburg. They are accompanied by a beneficiary who, as a soldier, had police-like duties.
As darkness falls, we'll begin our exploration of the Saalburg Roman fort by flashlight. How did people find their way around in the dark almost 2000 years ago? And how spooky is it really to walk through the museum at night? This event is unfortunately already fully booked.

The Taberna, the Saalburg museum restaurant, offers all guests the opportunity to try culinary delicacies from Roman cuisine. Try a selection of dishes based on Roman recipes and end the afternoon relaxing in the museum restaurant and museum.

PUBLIC TOURS
Sunday (November–February): 2 p.m together for adults and children
Sunday (March-October): 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m Separate tours for adults and children from school age
Each participant will receive a sticker at the checkout, which must be worn visibly.
Duration: approx. 45 minutes. Adults: €5, children: €3 plus admission
