Spend an exclusive evening in the Saalburg Roman fort when the museum gates are actually closed.

Let the Roman craft professionals explain ancient techniques to you and try them out for yourself. The Roman rider explains the equipment and special tasks of the cavalry troops.
PUBLIC TOURS
Sunday (November–February): 2 p.m together for adults and children
Sunday (March-October): 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m Separate tours for adults and children from school age
Each participant will receive a sticker at the checkout, which must be worn visibly.
Duration: approx. 45 minutes. Adults: €5, children: €3 plus admission

The soldiers of the 4th Vindeliker Cohort report on the everyday life of the men who were stationed at the Saalburg. They are accompanied by a beneficiary who, as a soldier, had police-like duties.
