Try the old handcraft technique of needle binding yourself. The bone carver can make your own needle for it. There is also fresh Roman bread from the clay dome ovens.
Apollo, god of archers, and Diana, goddess of the hunt, are the patron saints of our adventurous weekends for parents and children with bow making, games, campfires and more.
The gladiators show their skills in front of an audience in three performances. The group is available all day in the camp to answer any questions about life in ancient professional sport.
PUBLIC TOURS
Sunday (November–February): 2 p.m together for adults and children
Sunday (March-October): 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m Separate tours for adults and children from school age
Each participant will receive a sticker at the checkout, which must be worn visibly.
Duration: approx. 45 minutes. Adults: €5, children: €3 plus admission

The 4th Vindelici Cohort sets up its marching camp, and there is also a colorful program with various activities related to Roman antiquity: craftspeople demonstrate their skills, and there is information about Roman art, music, medicine, school and religion.
